My Fujifilm FinePix S602 won't work! I've tried loads of batteries and nothing will make it turn on.

I'm thinking it must be either the on/of knob or maybe the battery compartment.

I have so many good ideas of shots to get but I can't take any! I haven't really had a chance to use the camera yet, seeing as I inherited it from my Dad a week ago.

I will hopefully have it repaired soon!
